Mark your calendars for next Tuesday, September 24th, PowderPuff is almost here! This annual event combines fun, competition, and school spirit, all for a good cause! PowderPuff allows OOHS girls to join together on the football field and show off their skills, while raising money & awareness for a local non-profit.
Brought back after COVID by the 2023 Junior Marketing+DECA members, PowderPuff last year raised over $2,000 for Project Woman Ohio, making a difference in our community while participating in a fun and memorable night. Project Woman provides community advocacy, prevention, and education to promote awareness and social change necessary to end gender-based violence.

This year’s 2024 PowderPuff event will take place at Orange Middle and last roughly from 4:50-7:10. The entrance fee is $5 per person. 100% of the entry proceeds will be donated to a non-profit called “Cancer Support Community.’ DECA members chose this non-profit to support our upcoming coffee shop partnership with Crimson Cup and their belief in “Coffee & Community.”
