Pioneer PitStop is our “pop up” School-Based Enterprise. We set up pop-up shops at various community events, including teacher convocation at the start of the year, as well as home football games and more.

We also assist in managing and promoting the ONLINE STORE which is usually fully functional and up and running by late September of each school year (sooner if returning seniors get it going!) 

Students operating our pop-up SBE help source merchandise from local companies, including our very own Orange Apparel Co. 

Updates “Pioneer Pit Stop” in the last few years have included…

• Goals for this year include securing a trailer space for stadium events, a strong brand identity, better signage and a better overall system for pop-ups and inventory management 
• We renamed this SBE to “Pioneer Pit Stop” in 2025-26 and hope to work on a total rebrand soon 
• We re-certified this SBE through the DECA SBE program in early 2023. Two students attended ICDC in Anaheim, CA to represent Fort Orange in the International Competition!
