Pioneer Peak
Established & “Gold Certified” in 2023, the Peak is our Food Operations SBE and sells snacks and a variety of drinks including coffee/espresso, all of which meet the Smart Snacks approved nutritional guidelines. Pioneer Peak shares a space with Fort Orange in our school store space in the OOHS cafeteria.
Fort Orange
Established in 2008 when OOHS opened, “The Fort” is one of our Retail Operations SBEs. Although we utilize one wall of merch in the school store space in the OOHS cafe, our main selling spaces are our online web store and our pop-up shops at a variety of community events. Coming soon… a stadium store? Stay tuned!
Orange Apparel Co
Established in 2016, this student-run business creates custom merch for OOHS clubs, classes, sports teams, and seasonal OOHS items. The production facility is in our 2006 classroom We plan to certify Orange Apparel in 2025 through DECA to become Gold Certified!
